Recently, I upgraded most of the sites I manage to WordPress 2.7, since it was just released a couple of days ago. So far it’s working quite well in production mode, as I was testing the beta for sometime on my development server. I have to say I really like the new UI better than before and the one click updates are nice as well.
Wow, Christmas for me is almost here and the 2008 is coming to a close. I know next year will bring plenty of changes too. We’ve picked a house plan and land where we’ll be building our new home next year. It will be a very welcomed change to be living in the city again, but it will be nice to be near things as well. Plus a new home and city will come a new job too, so they will be a lot of changes abroad for the new year. Can’t wait to start the new year…… I hope everyone has a happy holiday, a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.
The holiday season has officially begun. We just got back from our fall trip to Gatlinburg TN. We have not been to Gatlinburg in a long time, and thought we would head up there this year for a change. It was a nice to get away for a few days, since I’ve been working non stop lately. The next two weeks will be busy for me, we’ve been invited to some type of party, dinner, or get-together almost every night starting next Thursday till Christmas. Plus some family will be coming in after Christmas to visit too. So this week and next I’ll be pretty busy with getting everything caught up work wise.
