The Year I Stopped Having Birthday Parties

I am really starting to think  that 2013 will be the year that I stop having Birthday parties. I know you must be thinking WHY!!!!!  Why is because, I rather take the money I spend in putting together a party  and do something else, like travel to a new place or do something I’ve never done before. I rather enjoy the day of my birth doing something that I can make memories from and enjoy it.

To iPad or Not to iPad That is the Question.

So I’ve been thinking of getting an iPad since they first came out, but I hesitated, because I didn’t know what I would really use it for other than to play games, read, email, and keeping track of social media. I had an iPod touch at the time and thinking what I could do on it was enough than having to buy a bigger version. I need a mobile device that allows me do everything I can do on my desktop which is why I’ve thought about just going with a newer laptop instead. Whats growing more important for me is to have a digital sketch pad along with a place to code while on the go.

So the question is go with an iPad for entertainment, sketching, email while on the go or just get a MacBook air/pro for on the go mobile office.

Birthday Came and Went By So Fast

On a particular day in February named after Saint Valentine  is when my birthday is. It’s a day filled with romance and love after all it’s  Valentine’s day. This year birthday past by so fast, and that’s because I was sick. I’ve been dealing with a combo of allergies and sinus infection. I still firmly believe it has something to do with this warm spring like weather we’re having  this winter. Plants blooming, one day it’s frigid (below freezing) then the next it’s near 80 degrees. My body can’t keep up with the weather. I really wish that Mother Nature  just decide if it’s  winter or spring, that would make my allergies/sinuses very thankful.
