CubeStudio is the name of where AlterCube lives ( a design firm, the one I work with sometimes). Anyhow I’ve been working on redesigning the site for sometime now and decided to give it a refresh. I’m using new technologies like the PHP framework Codeigniter mixed with pulling database queries from WordPress. I know this is a geeky post, but hey after all I am a geek.

I’ve decided it’s far too long that I’ve let cords rule my desk. I’ve decided to finally go wire free by using a wireless keyboard and mouse. All other wires (power & usb) are nicely tucked behind my desk from view.
It’s been a while since I’ve updated my blog. I’ve been seriously busy. I moved in March and started a full time 4 month contract job. All my plans to blog and update my personal sites took a back seat. Now I’m back to freelancing again, I hope I have sometime to start blogging more and finally finish my redesigns of this blog and my portfolio site.
